Xfactor+ is a 3D visualization tool for analysis and decision support. By using standard CAD and GIS data, Xfactor+ can build complete 3D models in no-time, for use in planning, operation and control.
Xfactor+ is a real-time 3D visualization tool with whichthe user can monitor remote objects such as ROVs, and move around in the model in real-time. Xfactor+ can produce ''screenshots'' of situations or videos of operations. Xfactor+ is very user friendly and can support the entire workflow from the early planning phase to the execution and post analysis.

Areas of use
Land based GIS
Xfactor+ is used in by cities and local government for quality control of 3D data, 3D visualization of city models and visualization of new constructions in existing environments. With Xfactor+ users can perform real-time sun/shadow analyses and position themselves in the model for view analyses. The application generates 3D city models directly from e.g. ESRI data, and users can view their data in full 3D simply by loading it from the source.
Offshore
Xfactor+ can visualize large areas of seabed in combination with CAD objects and vector data stored in an ESRI geo-database. It can be used in early planning phases, on operation monitoring and post analysis of operations, subsea operations, for platform moves and intervention jobs etc. By using vessel positions and ROVs together with pipeline placements, Xfactor+ can be used for planning, monitoring and maintenance of offshore operations.
Homeland Security
Xfactor+ is ideal for planning, simulation and monitoring. Events can be simulated and visualized by use of our Data Distribution Server - DDS. Users can monitor how an oil spill would affect the environment or how a gas cloud would spread. Analyses performed in other systems like ESRI Arc GIS can quickly be visualized in Xfactor+.
